Jennifer Crawford, CRM is a Director of Product Management at Iron Mountain and serves as part of the Information Governance and Digital Solutions team.

She is a Certified Records Manager and a Six Sigma Green Belt with 10 years of experience in the information management domain, specializing in defensible disposition and global program development and management.

Jennifer was previously an SVP within Global Records Management at Bank of America, where she was responsible for the enterprise defensible disposition program for all information assets. Prior to Bank of America, she worked for Gartner in operational sales and business analysis roles.
Kelly Matoney, JD/MBA/CIPM is a Principal and Privacy Practice Leader at Iron Mountain within the Information Governance and Digital Solutions team.

Kelly is a licensed attorney and has an MBA with specializations in finance and information systems. In addition to being a Certified Information Privacy Manager, she has 15+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide privacy, cybersecurity, and information management programs in the public and private sectors.  

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Kelly was a risk manager and information security program manager at the FDIC where she was responsible for identifying and mitigating enterprise risks.  She also served as the Privacy Compliance Officer and Information Security Compliance Officer at the Federal Aviation Administration and provided consulting services in these areas to clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Safety Administration, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to supporting federal clients, Kelly was responsible for managing and maintaining compliance of policy servicing and billing systems for Progressive Insurance Corporation.
